1. Agreement
By downloading or using LOOP you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. LOOP is provided by TO CONFIRM: registered company name, referred to below as "we" and "us".
2. What LOOP is
LOOP is an AI keyboard for iPhone. It lets you translate, rewrite, correct, shorten, expand, summarize and generate replies to text from inside the keyboard, in whichever app you are typing in.
Using the AI actions requires an internet connection, and requires you to grant the "Allow Full Access" keyboard permission in iOS Settings.
3. Your licence
We give you a personal, non exclusive, non transferable licence to use LOOP on devices you own or control, for your own use. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source of the app, except where the law specifically allows it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use LOOP to:
- break the law, or help anyone else do so
- harass, threaten, defraud or impersonate other people
- produce content that sexualises children, or that incites violence
- send bulk unsolicited messages
- attempt to overload, probe or interfere with our systems, or to get around usage limits
We may suspend or end your access if you use the app this way.
5. AI output
This part matters, so please read it. LOOP uses AI models, and AI output can be wrong. A translation can miss nuance, a rewrite can change emphasis, and a suggested reply can be inappropriate for a situation the app knows nothing about.
You are responsible for what you send. Please read the result before sending it, and do not rely on LOOP alone for anything where an error would be costly, including legal, medical, financial, safety related or contractual communication. We do not warrant that output will be accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.
6. Free and Pro
LOOP is free to download and includes a limited amount of AI usage. Pro is a paid subscription that raises those limits and unlocks additional features.
- Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through your Apple ID.
- A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings. Deleting the app on its own does not cancel it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies, not by us. Current prices are shown in the app before you buy.

7. Changes to the app
We may add, change or remove features, and we may change usage limits. If a change materially reduces what a paid subscription provides, we will give notice in the app before it takes effect.
8. Availability
We work to keep LOOP running, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption. Maintenance, an outage at a provider we depend on, or a problem with your network can all stop the AI actions from working temporarily.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using LOOP at any time by removing the keyboard and deleting the app. Remember to cancel any active subscription separately through Apple. We may end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
