The Service is operated under the name LOOP (“LOOP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or otherwise using LOOP, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. The LOOP Service

LOOP is an AI-powered keyboard and writing assistant designed to help users communicate, translate, write, rewrite, and respond to text more efficiently.

Features may include:

AI-powered translation
Text rewriting
Grammar and clarity improvement
Shortening text
Expanding text
Suggested replies
Writing-tone adjustment
Source-language detection
Target-language selection
Custom writing instructions
Other AI-powered writing and communication tools

Features may be modified, replaced, added, restricted, suspended, or removed over time.

We do not guarantee that every feature will be available on every device, operating system, application, language, country, or user account.

2. Artificial Intelligence

LOOP uses artificial intelligence systems to process certain user requests.

Artificial intelligence is probabilistic and may generate results that are:

Incorrect
Incomplete
Inaccurate
Misleading
Outdated
Unnatural
Grammatically incorrect
Contextually inappropriate
Different from what the user intended

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sending, publishing, relying upon, or otherwise using it.

LOOP does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, suitability, or reliability of any AI-generated result.

3. Translation Disclaimer

LOOP provides AI-powered translation features intended to make communication between different languages easier.

However, automated translation is not guaranteed to be completely accurate.

Translations may fail to correctly interpret:

Slang
Cultural expressions
Humor
Sarcasm
Tone
Emotional meaning
Technical terminology
Business terminology
Legal terminology
Informal expressions
Regional dialects

A translation may appear grammatically correct while communicating a meaning different from what the user intended.

You are responsible for reviewing important translations before sending or relying upon them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOOP is not responsible for misunderstandings, communication failures, lost opportunities, damaged relationships, business losses, contractual disputes, financial losses, or other consequences resulting from inaccurate or misunderstood translations.

4. Business and Professional Communications

LOOP may be used to assist communications with:

Customers
Employees
Contractors
Freelancers
Suppliers
Business partners
Colleagues
International clients

LOOP does not guarantee that AI-generated communications are appropriate for any specific commercial, professional, contractual, or business situation.

You are responsible for manually reviewing important communications involving:

Prices
Payments
Contracts
Deadlines
Business commitments
Project instructions
Employment matters
Negotiations
Orders
Confidential information
Financial information
Legal obligations

You should not rely solely on an AI-generated translation or response when the consequences of an error may be significant.

5. No Professional Advice

LOOP is a writing and communication tool.

Content generated through LOOP does not constitute:

Legal advice
Medical advice
Financial advice
Tax advice
Investment advice
Employment advice
Professional consulting

You should consult an appropriately qualified professional when professional advice is required.

6. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

The text you submit
The instructions you provide to LOOP
Reviewing generated results
Deciding whether generated content is appropriate
Messages you ultimately send
Information you communicate to other people
Your use of generated content

You remain responsible for your own communications even when LOOP assisted in drafting, translating, rewriting, or generating them.

7. User Accounts

Some functionality may require a LOOP account.

You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials.

You must notify us if you reasonably suspect that your account has been compromised.

You may not:

Sell your account
Transfer your account without authorization
Share an account in a manner that violates your subscription
Obtain unauthorized access to another user’s account
Attempt to bypass account security

We may temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect an account or the Service.

8. Paid Subscriptions

Some LOOP features require a paid subscription.

Available plans, pricing, billing periods, features, and usage limits will be displayed to you before you complete a purchase.

Subscription offerings may include:

Multi-month subscriptions
Annual subscriptions
Free trials
Promotional subscriptions
Other plans

Prices may differ depending on country, currency, applicable taxes, App Store pricing, promotions, or other factors.

9. App Store Payments

Subscriptions purchased through the LOOP iOS application are generally processed by Apple through the App Store.

Apple, rather than LOOP, may process the financial transaction.

LOOP does not generally receive or store your complete credit-card information when your purchase is processed by Apple.

Your purchase may also be subject to Apple’s applicable terms, billing rules, and refund policies.

10. Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise stated during purchase, paid subscriptions may automatically renew until canceled.

Your Apple account may be charged for renewal according to the terms displayed when you subscribe.

You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the applicable renewal date if you do not wish to continue it.

Deleting LOOP from your device does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

11. Canceling a Subscription

Subscriptions purchased through Apple should generally be managed or canceled through the subscription settings associated with your Apple account.

Cancellation usually stops future renewals.

Unless required otherwise by applicable law or Apple’s policies, cancellation does not necessarily create a right to a refund for a billing period that has already begun.

You may continue receiving subscription benefits until the end of the applicable paid period.

12. Refunds

Purchases made through Apple’s App Store are subject to Apple’s applicable refund policies.

Where Apple controls a transaction, LOOP may not have the ability to directly approve, process, or issue the refund.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates consumer refund rights that cannot legally be waived.

13. Trials and Promotions

LOOP may offer free trials, discounts, introductory pricing, or promotional periods.

The conditions applicable to a promotion will be disclosed when offered.

A free trial may automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the end of the applicable trial period, where disclosed during purchase.

Promotional eligibility may be limited to particular users, territories, accounts, or periods.

14. Usage Limits

LOOP may impose limits on:

Number of AI requests
Translation requests
Text length
Request frequency
Premium AI functionality
Specific models or features
Other resource-intensive functionality

Limits may vary according to subscription plan.

We may adjust reasonable usage limits when necessary to maintain reliability, security, performance, or economic sustainability.

15. Fair Use

A plan described as “unlimited” may still be subject to reasonable fair-use and technical protections.

LOOP may restrict usage that reasonably appears to involve:

Automated abuse
Bot activity
Extremely excessive requests
Reselling access
Account sharing
Scraping
API exploitation
Attempts to bypass usage restrictions
Activities that negatively affect other users or our infrastructure

16. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use LOOP to:

Violate applicable law
Commit fraud
Facilitate unlawful activity
Harass or threaten another person
Impersonate another individual
Violate another person’s privacy
Infringe intellectual property rights
Distribute malware
Attempt unauthorized access
Attack or overload our infrastructure
Circumvent security restrictions
Bypass subscription or usage restrictions
Reverse engineer LOOP except where such restriction is prohibited by law
Resell LOOP without authorization
Systematically scrape or extract data from the Service
Use automated systems to abuse the Service

We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activity.

17. User Content

You retain the rights you legally hold in content you submit to LOOP.

By submitting content for processing, you authorize LOOP and the service providers necessary to operate LOOP to process that content for purposes such as:

Performing the requested translation
Rewriting text
Generating a reply
Improving grammar
Providing other requested AI functionality
Maintaining security
Preventing abuse
Troubleshooting technical problems

18. Sensitive Information

You should exercise caution when submitting sensitive information to an AI-powered service.

You should avoid entering highly sensitive information unless necessary and appropriate, including:

Passwords
One-time authentication codes
Credit-card numbers
Banking passwords
Government identification numbers
Medical records
Trade secrets
Confidential corporate documents
Legally privileged information

If you submit information belonging to another person or organization, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to do so.

19. LOOP Keyboard and Full Access

LOOP operates as a third-party keyboard extension on supported Apple devices.

Certain online and AI-powered features may require permissions provided by iOS, including Full Access or network access.

Some applications, secure text fields, password fields, or operating-system interfaces may prevent third-party keyboards from functioning normally.

iOS or another application may restrict LOOP’s ability to:

Access surrounding text
Process selected text
Replace existing text
Access network functionality
Display certain keyboard functionality
Operate as the active keyboard

These restrictions may be imposed by Apple or another application and may be outside LOOP’s control.

20. Third-Party Applications

LOOP may be used while interacting with third-party applications such as:

Messaging applications
Social-media applications
Email applications
Browsers
Productivity applications
Other software

LOOP does not control these applications.

We are not responsible for their:

Availability
Policies
Privacy practices
Security
Technical limitations
Content
Functionality

Mentioning or supporting a third-party platform does not mean that the third party sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with LOOP.

21. Third-Party Technology Providers

LOOP may rely on external providers to operate certain parts of the Service.

These providers may supply services such as:

Artificial intelligence
Cloud hosting
Databases
Authentication
Subscription management
Payment processing
Error monitoring
Crash reporting
Analytics
Communications infrastructure

Temporary outages, technical failures, policy changes, or interruptions affecting these providers may affect LOOP.

Where an interruption is solely caused by a system outside our reasonable control, LOOP cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

22. Internet Connection

Certain LOOP functionality requires an internet connection.

You are responsible for obtaining internet access and paying any associated mobile-data, internet-provider, roaming, or telecommunications charges.

Poor or unavailable connectivity may prevent AI functions from operating.

23. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable Service, but LOOP is not guaranteed to operate continuously without interruption.

The Service may be unavailable because of:

Maintenance
Technical problems
Internet failures
Server failures
Third-party outages
AI-provider outages
Operating-system changes
Apple policy changes
Software updates
Cybersecurity incidents
Events outside our reasonable control

24. Changes to LOOP

LOOP is an evolving software product.

We may:

Redesign features
Change AI providers
Change technical infrastructure
Introduce new subscription plans
Modify limits
Discontinue obsolete functionality

Where required by applicable law, users will receive appropriate notice of material changes affecting paid services.

Older versions may eventually stop being supported.

We do not guarantee permanent compatibility with every version of iOS or every third-party application.

The LOOP Service, including its:

Brand
Name
Logo
Software
Code
User interface
Graphics
Design
Documentation
Original content
Technology
Features

is owned by LOOP or the applicable licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited right to use LOOP in accordance with these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

27. Limited License

Subject to these Terms, LOOP grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Service for lawful purposes.

This license does not permit you to copy, resell, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, or redistribute LOOP except where expressly authorized or where applicable law gives you such a right.

28. Feedback

If you voluntarily send us suggestions, ideas, recommendations, feature requests, or other feedback regarding LOOP, we may use that feedback to develop, operate, market, or improve LOOP without an obligation to compensate you, except where prohibited by law.

29. No Guarantee of Results

LOOP does not guarantee that using the Service will result in:

More customers
Increased sales
Successful business relationships
Successful dating or personal relationships
Employment
Business expansion
Improved financial results
Successful negotiations
Successful communication in every situation

Marketing examples describing possible uses of LOOP are illustrative and do not guarantee particular results.

30. No Warranty

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LOOP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

WE DO NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THAT:

LOOP WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE
LOOP WILL ALWAYS BE ERROR-FREE
EVERY TRANSLATION WILL BE ACCURATE
EVERY AI OUTPUT WILL BE CORRECT
EVERY REPLY WILL BE APPROPRIATE
EVERY FEATURE WILL WORK IN EVERY APPLICATION
ALL SOFTWARE ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED
DATA WILL NEVER BE LOST
THE SERVICE WILL MEET EVERY USER’S EXPECTATIONS

Any statutory warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected.

31. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LOOP AND THE PERSONS INVOLVED IN OPERATING OR PROVIDING THE SERVICE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF LOOP.

This includes, where legally permitted, losses involving:

Lost profits
Lost revenue
Lost customers
Lost business opportunities
Lost data
Business interruption
Communication errors
Incorrect translations
AI-generated errors
Misunderstandings
Relationship damage
Reputational harm
Failure to complete a transaction
Service interruptions

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOOP’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

(A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR LOOP DURING THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR

(B) USD $100.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

32. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LOOP and persons involved in operating the Service from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

Your unlawful use of LOOP
Your violation of these Terms
Content you submit or send
Your infringement of another person’s rights
Your misuse of AI-generated output
Your intentional circumvention of LOOP’s security or usage restrictions

This obligation applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable law.

33. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to LOOP where reasonably necessary because of:

Fraud
Abuse
Security threats
Illegal activity
Non-payment
Unauthorized automated usage
Attempts to bypass usage limits
Serious or repeated violations of these Terms

Where applicable law requires notice or an opportunity to remedy the violation, we will comply with those requirements.

34. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your LOOP account.

Account deletion may result in permanent loss of associated settings or information.

Certain information may need to be retained where reasonably necessary for:

Legal compliance
Fraud prevention
Security
Financial records
Enforcement of legal rights
Dispute resolution

Information relating to account deletion and data retention is further described in our Privacy Policy.

35. Privacy

Your use of LOOP is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, use, retain, and share personal information.

If the final Privacy Policy is hosted at a different URL, that URL will replace the address above.

36. Apple App Store

If you download LOOP through Apple’s App Store, you acknowledge that:

These Terms are between you and LOOP, not Apple.
Apple is not responsible for operating LOOP.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for LOOP.
Your use of LOOP must comply with applicable App Store terms.
Purchases made through Apple’s systems are subject to Apple’s applicable payment and refund rules.
Apple and its subsidiaries may be third-party beneficiaries of provisions applicable to the App Store relationship where required under Apple’s terms.

37. Consumer Protection Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove, waive, or limit rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection law.

Where mandatory consumer law provides you with stronger rights than these Terms, the mandatory law will prevail.

38. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory laws applicable to a consumer require otherwise.

We encourage users to attempt to resolve disputes directly with us before initiating formal legal proceedings.

Subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or LOOP shall be subject to the competent courts of Israel.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising any jurisdictional rights that cannot legally be waived.

40. Force Majeure

LOOP will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events reasonably outside our control, including:

Natural disasters
War
Government action
Internet outages
Telecommunications failures
Cyberattacks
Major cloud-provider failures
AI-provider failures
Apple service interruptions
Labor disruptions
Other extraordinary events outside our reasonable control

This provision applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

41. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Reasons may include:

New features
Changes to subscriptions
Legal requirements
Changes to third-party services
Security requirements

The current version will display an updated Effective Date.

Where legally required, we may provide notice of material changes or request that users accept updated Terms.

42. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

43. No Waiver

Our decision not to enforce a particular provision immediately does not constitute a permanent waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.

44. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior permission.

We may transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a corporate restructuring, acquisition, merger, sale, or transfer of the LOOP business, subject to applicable law.

45. Entire Agreement

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, applicable App Store terms, and any additional terms displayed during the purchase or use of a specific feature constitute the agreement governing your use of LOOP.
