What to include

If you are reporting a problem, these four things usually let us answer properly on the first reply:

  • What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
  • Which app you were typing in, for example WhatsApp or Gmail
  • Your iPhone model and iOS version
  • Whether Allow Full Access is turned on for the LOOP keyboard

Response times

We aim to reply within TO CONFIRM: target response time. Please do not send passwords or payment details by email, we will never ask for them.
